Mira has been riding since she was nine years old, but she has loved horses her entire life. Originally from Rhode Island, she is completing a biology major and neuroscience concentration at Kenyon.

ABOUT US
Horses and horsemanship have a long history at Kenyon College, dating back to the original equitation program of 1934. Our modern team was founded in 1996. We welcome everyone, regardless of riding experience or ability, and it is precisely our resulting diversity that makes us such an extraordinary presence on campus and in the show ring.
We are a registered team with the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) with wonderful coaches are Nancy Arledge and Katie Griffin of the Paddock Stables. All team members take regular lessons with them and participate in various fundraisers and activities that we host throughout the academic year. Competing members attend 6-8 shows every year.
