Our Coach

Nancy Arledge

Nancy Arledge took her first riding lesson at the Paddock Stables, formerly Middleground Stables, at the age of 5. She combines an excellent education from The Ohio State University with decades of first-hand experience to teach and train students of all ages and all levels. Nancy’s roots are deep in hunters and hunt seat equitation, but years ago she branched out to assist in various organizations such as the Interscholastic Equestrian Association, where she serves as president, 4-H, and Pony Club. In addition, Nancy also teaches those with little riding experience riders safe horsemanship, riding, and even driving hitch horses. We ride at her barn, the Paddock Stables, in Pataskala, OH. Nancy has enjoyed much success in the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings, culminating in her various awards, honors, and accomplishments listed below:

2013 Tri-State Horse Show Association Hunter/Jumper Trainer of the Year

2010 Tri-State Horse Show Association Hunter/Jumper Trainer of the Year

2007 Tri-State Horse Show Association Hunter/Jumper Trainer of the Year

2005 Tri-State Horse Show Association Hunter/Jumper Trainer of the Year
